NYAMIRA: Rongo University Mourns First Year Student who Died in Grisly Road Accident

The Rongo University fraternity has been thrown into mourning after a beloved First-year student, identified as Annest Mong'are aka Nana, died in a tragic road accident in Nyamira county. 

Nana was studying for a Bachelor of Education and majoring in Kiswahili and Religion. 

"She hailed from Egechini village, Itibo ward, North Mugirango constituency in Nyamira county. Romans 14:8 says if we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord," said Meshack Ochiengi of the Nyamira Universities and Colleges Students Association.
