Kikuyu MP and Leader of Majority Kimani Ichung'wah said the National Dialogue Commission (NADCO) report will be followed, despite concerns about court orders.

Ichung'wah, who helped lead NADCO, spoke after Kalonzo Musyoka from the Wiper Party doubted the government's dedication to the report. "The report passed through parliament without changes, and that's how it will be implemented," Ichung'wah said.
"We've already started making bills, like the IEBC Bill, to form a new commission. Kalonzo shouldn't worry. We'll address the court orders in court. If any part of the NADCO report is stopped by the court, it's not because of the Kenya Kwanza government."
Ichung'wah criticized Eugene Wamalwa from the Democratic Action Party (DAP-K) for blaming the government, even though he didn't sign the report. "Eugene Wamalwa refused to sign because of high flour prices. We have the goodwill to follow the report as passed," Ichung'wah said.
Wamalwa, from the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition, said the government wasn't committed during the dialogue. He also called for an audit of the 2022 presidential elections for transparency.
