Love Gone Sour as 23-Year-Old Woman Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing 50-Year-Old Lover to Death

 The suspect, identified as Purity Mukami Kalunge, was taken into custody in Likoni. This followed preliminary investigations that suggested she fatally stabbed Rashid during a domestic dispute.

The incident, which has shocked the local community, was reported by Pwani FM. Authorities were alerted to the crime scene by neighbours who heard the altercation.

Upon arrival, they found Rashid with multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations into the motive behind the deadly altercation are still ongoing, but initial reports indicate that it stemmed from a domestic conflict.

Kalunge is currently being held at the Likoni Police Station, where she awaits further legal proceedings. The authorities have assured the public that justice will be served as they continue to investigate the case thoroughly.
